1. Introduction

DomainCheckTools ("We," "Our," or "Us") is committed to respecting the rights of copyright owners and complying with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). 3. Counter-Notification

If you believe the material you posted on DomainCheckTools was removed or access was disabled in error. You have the right to use that material, and you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include the following:

4.1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.

4.2. Your name, address, phone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located if your address is outside of the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA Notice or their agent.

4.3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

4.4. An electronic or physical signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

DomainCheckTools reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeating copyright infringers.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally update this DMCA Abuse Policy to reflect changes in the law or our practices. The most recent version of this policy will be posted on DomainCheckTools with the effective date.
