You accept our terms of service by using our services; however, we kindly ask that you thoroughly read our terms and privacy policy. This document contains your agreement with DomainCheckTools, its affiliates, and divisions. 1. Content

You must be of legal age and competence to utilize our Services. You are not permitted to use our Services if you are a minor. If you use our Services on someone else's behalf, you are claiming to us that you are that person's authorized agent and that, by using our Services, the other party has agreed to our Terms.

2. Marks Used

You may not use DomainCheckTools' or its partner's trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, or logos in any way unless we have given you approval. You admit that you do not possess any ownership rights over or to any such materials.

3. Customer Content

You can submit information through the Services that other users cannot see. You acknowledge and agree that the person from whom the User Content originated is solely responsible for all User Content, whether publicly posted or privately sent. Furthermore, you acknowledge that posting such User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third parties and that you are fully authorized to do so. You acknowledge that if DomainCheckTools is sued for anything related to the User Content you publish, you will defend them and hold them harmless. You agree to work with us in any instance where we reserve the right to assume sole responsibility for the defence and management of such disputes.

4. Limited Use

We provide you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the Services for your personal use under the Terms, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service.

Disallowed Uses

You will not, for example,

i) post or otherwise provide user content that abuses, threatens, harasses, or contains obscene material; ii) post user content that demeans others due to their gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, disability, or other classification;

iii) Posting user content that violates the law, is damaging, tortious, libellous, defamatory, or invades the privacy of another;

iv) Make use of the Services for business purposes, such as benchmarking or information gathering for a good or service;

v) Ignore or avoid other security controls used to prevent or restrict access to the Services, as well as any limitations in any robot exclusion headers of the Services that may be present;

vi) Post or carry out any action that would overwhelm, disable, or otherwise affect how well the Services function;

vii) Display the Services or any part of the Services in frames, inline links, or in another manner;

viii) Disobey or assist in disobeying any rules or policies issued by DomainCheckTools, including these Terms.

DomainCheckTools maintains the right to delete any User Content, restrict access to the Services, and/or terminate any user's account in its sole and unfettered discretion. Using the Services for any illegal activity or other reason not explicitly permitted by these Terms is wholly forbidden.

5. Commercials

You and the advertiser are the only parties to any correspondence or business dealings you may have with each other as a result of or as a result of using the Services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings. You acknowledge and accept that neither DomainCheckTools nor its affiliates will be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from any such dealings or the presence of such advertisements on or through the Services.

6. Service Termination

i) DomainCheckTools reserves the right to change or stop providing the Services (or any portion of them) at any time, with or without prior notice. You acknowledge that if DomainCheckTools modifies, suspends, or terminates the Services, DomainCheckTools shall not be liable to you or any third person.

ii) Unless and until terminated by you or us, these Terms of Service are in effect. You may be denied access to all or a portion of the Services at any time for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice from us, in our sole and absolute discretion.
